Bulletin Board

This started as a simple cork bulletin board. I framed using chip board and used hot glue to attach to cork board frame. Then added paper from Close to my Hearts Dakota paper packet.  The border was cut from Close to my Hearts Art Philosophy cartridge and the paisely shapes were cut from the Artiste cartridge.  I added some liquid pearls and stamped a simple swirl pattern on card stock.
