Christmas is my favorite time of the year and Close to my Heart's Frosted (Christmas) paper this season is fabulous. I used chipboard to make the base of this. The fence slates are 2.5inches by 12 inches. The 2 base/cross pieces are 1inch by 12 inch. I rounded the corners and covered the cross pieces in paper before attaching the slate/bigger pieces. Once the fence slates had been attached I then applied the colored paper after I dry embossed two of the pieces for more texture. All the cutout were done with Artbooking cartridge and I used the Flaky Friends stamp set to make the little snowman. Twilight ink was used for the edging, stardust and almond glitz gel was used for the sparkle along with clear bling and grey/black pearls.
